'People comment on the dated rooms and feel to this hotel, but that's what we liked about it. We legitimately explored the floors, the basement, the weird nooks and crannies. All of it. It felt like we were transported back to the 30s. Sure, there are things about it that are dated and in poor condition, but it honestly just felt very retro and vintage. I don't think I've ever stayed in hotel that felt like it. It worked very well for us and a 6 year old.'

'Comfy beds are important and they had them. I have stayed in many places where beds hurt me and I slept miserable. Would stay here on any visit. Building is older.... but things were clean. There was a dispensary in the lot. I didn't know that when I booked room. Maybe the same owners? Wasn't expecting that when we pulled in. It was a no smoking property. We ate breakfast elsewhere. There was packaged breakfast things offered to guests. Quiet. Safe. Easy parking. '

'Hotel ligt erg gunstig om Memphis te bezoeken (parkeerkosten Memphis zijn laag). Enige wat verbetering behoeft is de housekeeping aangezien we twee keer om het wisselen van handdoeken hebben gevraagd in plaats van dat ze dagelijks kijken of er iets nodig is. '
