'Perfect location, great to have kitchen, washer/dryer, parking spot, sitting area. Is in a former garage behind a house, very quiet and private. Go slowly driving in, steep at the beginning. Would suggest brighter lighting in the bathroom and curtains that cover the windows better for sleeping in. Would definitely stay here again. '

'Wij hebben hier een prima verblijf gehad. Het tuinhuisje is ruim en heeft een goede ligging in een rustige buurt net buiten Nashville. Je rijdt vanaf hier vrij makkelijk naar de Grand Ole Opry. En met een Uber of taxi ben je ook zo in het centrum. De wifi en tv deden het eerst niet maar nadat we dit hadden gemeld bij de eigenaar kwam hij vrijwel meteen langs om dit te repareren. '

'My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this lovely vrbo in Franklin while we were in town for a weekend with singer/songwriter Matthew West. The home was within walking distance to the Factory where we met several times. We were also there for the tree lifting which was amazing!! Susan was such a wonderful host she came over when we arrived to show us around the house and was so friendly! 10/10!'

'We lucked out and stayed with perfect weather and the fall colors very prominent. Spent hours into the night sitting on the porch making memories. I had my elderly parents with and they also fell in love with the property and my mother has not vacationed for 30+ years. Would highly recommend and hope to possibly revisit again.'
