'Don't stay here - the booking and payment is not working and the staff are so rude ! When we arrived to the hotel the 4th August at 8 pm the staff in the reception told us that they haven't received any booking or any money from hotels.com. Therefore they wanted us to pay again and they didn't care when we showed them the confirmation email (with booking and payment). This is a problem that they have had before according to the staff and also according to a review from a customer on...

'Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Extremely helpful staff, great service, amazing food options so overall very pleased with that. Close to the high street and restaurants are within walking distance and the ATM / banks are also opposite the hotel so very accessible. Almost everyone knows the hotel so very easy to get directions or use a taxi to get there. Overall: I'd highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful stay.'
