'If I could give Jenny (the host) extra stars I would. She was incredibly helpful answering my many questions (not least the measurements of the tables in the house so I knew what size tablecloths to get!) The property is very pretty and peaceful and an easy drive to AU. Publix minutes away. We live out of state but wanted to host extended family for graduation weekend, 11 adults aged 20-81 yrs. The Pond House gave us room to spread out *and* be together--much better than separate hotel rooms....

'Called the house guest when traveling to see if the check in time was central or eastern time but couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Went to the property after 4 on central time and entered the house and the security alarm went off. Was able to find a number to call in a Vrbo email to contact someone. The police arrived, and eventually got the alarm turned off. Several hours later I received calls from the host guest and property owner apologizing and asking if everything was okay. After that...

'It is a SCAM!! We got all the required information before our stay. Got to the house 30 mins early. Never received a code to get in & host wouldn’t answer the phone. Was on the phone and on the property for 3 hours trying to fix the issue. VRBO wouldn’t refund the $ or find us a different place to stay. They were ZERO help. Do NOT rent this house or use VRBO!!'

'Home was clean, stocked and as advertised! Host was available as needed (trouble shooting the TV). Only nuances, the neighborhood is run down, neighbors had very noisy dogs - while the home was pet friendly, eveytime we took our dog out the neighbor dogs barked continuously. Not the hosts fault, maybe a privacy fence or some privacy landscaping could help. We had two families one with a baby, the layout is tight, so if baby was up, so was everyone else. Last comment, says it sleeps six. But...

'We stayed at this property for 2 nights while we went to visit our daughter at Auburn. It's on the 2nd floor of a condo. The views from both balconies are beautiful. There is a pool, dock, and small beach area. The kitchen has all the necessities to make meals if you want to. We did have to contact the manager for toilet paper and hangers. Their response was very quick and efficient. We would stay here again. '
