Luxe appartement BEACH FRONT in Avila Beach

Het zachte geluid van de golven en het briesje aan de kust brengen je snel in de vakantiemodus. Vanaf het grote terras kunt u genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht op het strand en de oceaan, dat zich uitstrekt van Avila Bay tot Port San Luis. Surfen, zand, boetieks en restaurants liggen op een steenworp afstand van uw appartement.

Toegang tot het appartement is via een beveiligde privé-ingang op Front Street. Bij het betreden van de foyer is er een doucheruimte om het strandzand weg te spoelen voordat u het appartement betreedt. In de foyer zijn strandstoelen en handdoeken te gebruiken tijdens uw verblijf. Ingang van het appartement is op het tweede niveau.

Via de vooringang betreedt de gast een grote open leefruimte. De woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken stromen van het ene gebied naar het andere, allemaal met uitzicht op de oceaan. De woonkamer heeft royale zitplaatsen rond een open haard en een grote SmartTV geprogrammeerd met basiskanalen. Panoramische glazen deuren openen naar een groot terras aan de oceaan uitgerust met buitenverwarmers om de koelere ochtenden en avonden langs de kust op te warmen. Het hele jaar door is buiten dineren mogelijk bij getemperd weer in Avila Beach. Uw chef-kok zal blij zijn met de goed gevulde keuken, apparaten van chef-kok en het BBQ-centrum op de patio. Kies uit binnen dineren of terras dineren. Elke eettafel biedt plaats aan zes gasten.

De master en suite heeft een kingsize bed, SmartTV, bureau en dressoirs voor kledingopslag. De master suite opent naar een eigen balkon met kleurrijke Adirondack-stoelen voor meer persoonlijke ruimte en rustige tijd. De master badkamer heeft een dubbele wastafel en grote inloopdouche.

Slaapkamers twee en drie hebben kingsize bedden met witte donzige beddengoed. Elke slaapkamer heeft een SmartTV en kledingopslag. De nabijgelegen complete badkamer bedient de gastenkamers.

Net buiten de woonkamer is een half-badkamer. Een full-size wascentrum is in de buurt van de slaapkamers. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. De keuken is goed gevuld met schotel en glaswerk, kookgerei en potten en pannen. De keuken heeft een Keurig K-cup en een koffiezetapparaat. De BBQ is aardgas. Strandhanddoeken en stoelen zijn aanwezig.

Het appartement heeft twee speciale parkeerplaatsen in de aangrenzende parkeerstructuur. Geen huisdieren. Niet roken. Maximale bezetting is 6.

The home is beautiful and has an awesome view! We spent most of our time on the deck watching the waves and enjoying the beautiful weather. The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

There was no need to go to Pismo Beach because right in front of the home is a beautiful beach. I brought my boys and they found plenty to do everyday. It was a really great place and the beach chairs that come with the house are really cool too.

Perfect location, view and deck to soak in the Avila Beach scene. Located in downtown street making beach, restaurants, shops and farmers market easily accessible. Very nice set up with 3 large bedrooms, nice kitchen, outdoor grill and downstairs beach shower to limit sand. Perfect for a couple couples or 4-5 person family.

Beautiful place only steps from the beach. We really enjoyed the large balcony with the heaters. The patio opened to the whole house to make the living room an extension onto the patio. We could sit there and watch the ocean, hear the waves crash and just relax. Easy for the kids to go to the beach and close enough to watch them and carry beach supplies. We will be back.

My 50th Birthday Vacay!
This property is so much nicer than the photographs illustrate! My girlfriends and I rented this beach boardwalk "prime" location to celebrate my birthday in a peaceful, beautiful relaxing environment and this place far exceeded our expectations! Full of wonderful people watching, coffee drinking and absolute breathtaking ocean views during the daytime and nice and quiet at night. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the property had all of the amenities anyone could want! SPOTLESS! This was absolutely the cleanest property I have ever rented! ! minute walk to the Ocean Grill and Custom House, both served amazing food. We were also blessed with a very thoughtful 50th Birthday bottle of wine from the owners of the property. I am ready to plan another family trip, with my husband and daughters, and hope this property is available! We were the envy of the beach during our 5 day stay!!!! Thank you SO much Seven Sisters Rentals!

The view from the deck, the comfy beds, the fully appointed kitchen, and the great location truly exceeded our expectations. WOW, simply wow!
This property is amazing! What makes it so amazing? Where to begin: great view, the balcony, extremely clean, nicely updated/remodeled, ease of access to shops, beach and restaurants. We rented this property to celebrate a birthday and were so happy we did. We spent majority of our time on the balcony enjoying drinks, grilling and family time. When not on the balcony we took advantage of the beach just a few steps away. I was thankful that on a busy Saturday beach day we were still able to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean, from the balcony, without having to be with such a large crowd. You will not be disappointed with this property!!

Amazing condo!!
This condo was the best! Perfect location, plenty of space for our family of four, and it was stocked with all of the kitchen essentials, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. There was disinfectant and hand sanitizer provided and the condo was very clean; it was clear they were following all of the Covid precautions. I also appreciated the non toxic products such as Mrs. Meyers. The property management was very responsive, professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay here again! The location is perfect and the deck is so relaxing to sit out and enjoy the beach front view.

Right above shops and restaurants. Lots of fun place to go near by- wine tasting, bike rentals, restaurants, ice cream shops. Fun to people watch- we stayed out on the balcony more than we went to the beach! Very stocked kitchen as well with anything that you need for cooking.

This place is amazing! The patio over looking the beach was the best. It was a little cool but with the heaters we were able to spend a lot of time enjoying the beautiful views. We ate dinner every night out there. Very clean and spacious. Definitely would highly recommend this place.
