'We stayed in the family suite. The design was well thought out and the beds were comfortable. The location was across the street from a 7 Eleven which was super convenient. There is a ramen place next door. It is a close walk to the bus station and you can walk from the hotel into town. Overall it was a really pleasant stay for a family of 5.'

'깨진 유리 조각이 있었는데 잘 치워지지 않아서 가족들이 밟을 뻔 했습니다. 전화해서 다시 치워주시긴 했지만 미리 잘 치워졌더라면 좋았을 것입니다. 화장실 한 곳이 오래된 냄새가 난 것빼고는 다른 것은 청결하고 뷰도 좋았습니다'

'The hotel front desk staff were very organized. We had shipped our luggage earlier from Tokyo and they had it ready for us on arrival. The man at the front desk always stopped to give my children Halloween candy. The room is spacious. The area around the hotel is great, close to a grocery store, Don Quixote, Daiso, it’s 3 minute walk to Shinsekai, 8 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo etc. also walkable to Dotonburi and Namba. Overall excellent stay. The only suggestion I have to make is installing...
