The property is fully enclosed for privacy and security, with a main building of 800 square meters surrounded by 3,000 square meters of beautifully landscaped gardens. The grounds include a well-maintained lawn with olive trees, a private swimming pool (5.5 x 11.5 meters, depth 1.6 meters) with a gazebo, sunbeds, a shower, and a toilet, as well as a large parking area that accommodates up to 5 cars. Though the pool area is not fenced, it is monitored by security cameras for safety. The villa's owner resides on the property in a separate building facing the pool, but the windows are fully covered with heavy curtains to ensure guests' privacy. The biggest bedroom with a big four posted bed (double king size bed) and a single sofa bed. The walls are fully painted with nice frescos and floor and box ceiling are restored but original from the 18th century. The room has a direct access to the swimming pool. The ensuite bathroom has a shower.
