'Great stay'

'From start to finish a great 1st experience with VRBO. We just needed a place to stay while we visited the house from A Christmas Story and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and this was perfect! Very secure with camera's, parking literally right outside the door, and easy access to the 2 keys in the lockbox. One that opened the locks on the storm door and one that opened the main door. The smell hits you as soon as you step in. A wonderful smell of CLEAN!! There wasn't a part of the room or bathroom...

'Communication with property manager was very good, especially after our rental car was broken into and damaged. She scheduled Ubers for us to go back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic until we resolved the issue with the car. Very helpful and accommodating. '
