'This is an outstanding hotel with nice accomodations, friendly staff, and excellent location at a great value. The pool and spa are nice, and the breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. It is conveniently located to the bus transportation to all of the slopes, and is an easy walk from the train station. The room itself was very clean and modern. Our family was truly delighted with our stay. If you are considering, don't hesitate!'

'This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly.'

'We stayed for two nights and were extremely satisfied with the apartment and it's amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to again in the future.'

'Everything was perfect with our stay. We are a traveling family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Skiing was excellent and the food was awesome! The chalet had plenty of space. It was definitely worth the trip from Nebraska USA.'

'Locatie was schoon. Alleen te boeken voor minimaal 3 nachten. Ruim appartement. Maar slapen onder lakens en paarden dekens is echt niet meer van deze tijd. Toiletrollen niet voorzien. Bij 3 dgn zorg ten minste voor een klein keukensetje (sponsje/ 50ml afwasmiddel). Receptie niet coöperatief. Zwembad niet inhouse maar 3 km verder pp een samenwerking met een aquaparc. 'The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.'

'The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. '

'Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Das ist immer wichtig für uns. Und Lidl war auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum öffentlichen Strand geht man ca 10 Minuten und dort hatten wir auch sehr viel Spaß. '

'Nous avons séjourné en famille à la "Maison du lac" à Orta San Giulio en août 2024, elle est charmante et extrêmement agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, au bord du lac et très calme même si la maison est située à 5 minutes à pied du centre. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée. 'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'
