'Unfortunately our stay was booked and a week out we were told the building was being waterproofed and our balcony was unusable. Actually the door was bolted shut so it couldnt be opened at all. Very disappointing. Only one elevator was functional for a very full hotel of guests. The lines and wait times were super long. We were able to take the stairs but I cant image people on higher floors doing the same. We had an issue with the thermostat in the room and found out that you can not lower the...

'I think the property needs to be updated, and I am not sure why there is a resort fee in the off season. Other than the pool, nothing else is open. I think it’s just a money grab'
