'We had a family wedding in PVB so my husband and adult kids were with me for an extended weekend and I stayed a few extra days alone to hang out with my sister who lives in Jax. This house was perfect. It was large enough for all five adults over the weekend and completely zen (!) for just me for the last 3 days. Our host truly paid attention to every little detail. 'If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable and clean home in a wonderful part of Jax Beach, look no further! The owner is great to work with and communicative. The rate is super reasonable and our Boston Terrier loved all the great places to walk. Although it is an older property and not fancy, the owner has done a nice job of continuing to update the interior..Thanks for another perfect stay, Zac!'

'Ours did! Great quiet neighboorhood. Loved the backyard and convenience to everything. Great host and home filled with everything youll need. We cooked in most nights and had what we needed.I didnt realize this was on the opposite side of A1A.. That was on me though for not checking. 'This lovely, large home that is deceptively tucked away in a quiet little cul-de-sac. The beach is only four blocks away, and the park and pond is even fewer. The openness of the family, dining, and kitchen allow for the flow of non-stop interaction while still affording one elbow room. The home was clean, bright, and smartly decorated.'

'This unit is connected to neighbor, but it has a private side entry with its own private small gated area outside. The beach is a short walk away, and pet friendly. It was cold, so we did not go swimming. The unit was extremely clean. It had a wonderful smell of cleanliness. Everything seemed new and updated. Recommend, perfect for two and pets. Plan to return in summer. '

'Our family traveled to Jacksonville both for a Mayo Clinic visit and proximity to the airport. This property was close to the beach and lots of restaurants.. Whole Foods within walking distance. Property was clean and the manager was very responsive. The only negative was that the icemaker did not work. Overall pleased with our stay.'

"In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about 140 dollars for one night. It was absolutely not worth it!! We asked for a little bit of a refund, but nothing was possible. Don't go here! It is not worth your money!"
