'Very clean! Very quiet! Great location! My only quam is the mattresses were a little dated and not vwry comfortable, but overall very impressed and would stay again!'

'We had a great time staying at this property. I was there with 4 of my kids while visiting various national park sites. The neighborhood was perfect! Centrally located and very safe. The kids played out front on the swings and i had no hesitation letting them play while I made dinner. They jumped in the pool, but it was a little cold since it was January lol. We would defiantly utilize the property again if in the area. '

'We had a family wedding in PVB so my husband and adult kids were with me for an extended weekend and I stayed a few extra days alone to hang out with my sister who lives in Jax. This house was perfect. It was large enough for all five adults over the weekend and completely zen (!) for just me for the last 3 days. Our host truly paid attention to every little detail. 'If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable and clean home in a wonderful part of Jax Beach, look no further! The owner is great to work with and communicative. The rate is super reasonable and our Boston Terrier loved all the great places to walk. Although it is an older property and not fancy, the owner has done a nice job of continuing to update the interior..Thanks for another perfect stay, Zac!'

'Overall nice unit. Unfortunately it was 40 degrees for most of our stay and we couldn’t use any of the outdoor recreation items offered. It was a little chilly on the 1st floor but upstairs was fine. Appreciated the initial stock of shampoo, coffee, ect. Convenient location for shopping and access to highways. '

'Property was great. Heated pool was a major plus. The house was well organized and instructions were simple. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip and the host was amazing at helping us with that. It took one email and about 5 minutes and it was done. We will definitely try to stay here again during my future visits to the Mayo Clinic'

'I have stayed in many vacation homes and this is the best! Everything you could possibly need. Home decor was inspirational. So close to the beach and restaurants. Sarah was amazing, quick to respond to questions. We would love to come back and stay longer next time.'

"In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about 140 dollars for one night. It was absolutely not worth it!! We asked for a little bit of a refund, but nothing was possible. Don't go here! It is not worth your money!"
