U en uw gezin zullen absoluut dol zijn op dit comfortabel ingerichte Beach Home, op slechts een steenworp afstand van Sunset Park, dat de hele zomer eindeloos plezier biedt.

Deze eigenschap is 2e van de baai en op slechts een steenworp afstand van de oceaan. Zeer gemakkelijke toegang tot de baai en het strand. Voor uw plezier en gemak bieden wij 4 strandbadges (kinderen tot 12 jaar gratis) en strandstoelen. Het strand heeft een full-time badmeester in dienst. Een tweezits kajak is beschikbaar voor onze gasten met een gemakkelijke toegang tot de baai voor lancering.

VERS GESCHILDERD interieur, NIEUWE MEUBELEN door het hele huis, volledig uitgeruste keuken, flatscreen-tv en ZEER COMFORTABELE EN GROTE SECTIONAL SOFA zorgen ervoor dat u zich thuis voelt. Twee slaapkamers hebben een queensize bed met NIEUWE HOOGWAARDIGE matrassen en kussens en de derde slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Alsjeblieft, niet roken. Geen linnengoed voorzien. Een aanbetaling van de helft van de huurperiode is vereist op het moment van boeking, evenals een ondertekend contract en het saldo van de huur moet uiterlijk een maand voorafgaand aan het inchecken worden betaald. Zaterdag - tot - zaterdag. Inchecken om 13.00 uur, uitchecken om 10.00 uur.

In SUNSET PARK vindt u tennisbanen, basketbal- en volleybalvelden, een honkbalveld, een goed uitgeruste speeltuin, een krabdok, een vissteiger, een trainingsbaan, jeu de boules, hoefijzers en ongelooflijke zonsondergangen. Woensdagavond zijn er gratis concerten en vele andere activiteiten, waaronder ambachten en kunstfestival, kunstkampen, honkbal / voetbal / lacrosse kampen en vele anderen. Een korte wandeling naar de vele restaurants, ijssalon, slijterij, levensmiddelenwinkel en cadeauwinkels. Minigolf is op korte afstand beschikbaar. Visuitrusting en kajaks zijn beschikbaar in de nabijgelegen jachthaven.

KOM EN GENIET van vredige ochtenden met glorieuze zonsopgangen, middagen vol leuke activiteiten en zandige voeten en geniet 's avonds van een zacht en warm avondbriesje en absoluut prachtige zonsondergangen terwijl je in de hangmat rust met een glas van je favoriete wijn. An absolutely amazing week at LBI!
We had a wonderful week on Long Beach Island. Our stay at Kevin and Viktoriya’s beautiful beach house in Harvey Cedars was amazing. The house provided everything we needed/wanted and more. With a perfect design and beautiful decor, this beach house was located just 1 block from the ocean and a stone’s throw from the bay and Sunset Park. The location made our vacation such a breeze to navigate with our five grandchildren ages 4 and under. Just a few minutes in a wagon and we could be swimming at the beach or playing on the playground. What a joy for all of us! Our hosts were wonderful. The property description was accurate. Expectations were clearly outlined and easy to follow and check-in and check-out was simple. Communication was terrific snd all of our questions were answered clearly and quickly. This home has everything and is absolutely beautiful. Comfortable , clean and tastefully decorated, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The rooftop deck provided a clear view of the magnificent sunsets . The main deck was big and had ample room for dining outdoors, barbecuing and even playing a toddler version of Simon Says! The swim spa is brand new and accommodates up to 10 persons. It was a nice extra on the cool evenings we had during our week on LBI. We truly could not have asked for a more perfect home or host for our family vacation! We hope to be back next year! Thank you very much. for EVERYTHING!

Gorgeous home with beautiful Sunset Views
The house was a beautiful, new home! We had a wonderful week. Perfect location for our granddaughter with the park so close. Great area for walking, convenient to beach. Huge swim spa in the yard was very relaxing. Elevator was a huge help. Beautiful sunsets! Host was great with communication.

Great Location for the Beach and the Sunsets!!
The property had great hang out space both inside and on the back patio. It is on a busy street as it sits adjacent to Sunset Set Park, the water tower and the building to buy beach tags. We were able to bring our well behaved dogs. Overall it was a good value for the price.

If you want to be away from the crowds this is the place to . House was well appointed and close to both bay and beach added bonus was the park that my dog enjoyed tremendously. The owners are easy to contact and pleasant to work with. Would rent this place again and again.

Just perfect for our vacation.
Based on our needs where our family included teens, and infant and a dog this house was perfect for our vacation. I would comment on the trailer that was left on the property advertising the owners business - it was disconcerting because I felt like people may have thought that it was a commercial property. Excellent experience and dog welcome.
Despite the current situation wife and I decided we needed a vacation. We both love LBI and decided to rent a home. Our small dog was approved stay with us. The owners answered all our questions. The place was very, very clean and in good shape. The BBQ looked totally new and was used twice a day. It’s in a great location on the island and has a park right outside. Wife’s parents joined us for a few days. Would rent it again.

Highly recommend!!!
Our family of 6 enjoyed 2 beautiful weeks here. The property was the cleanest rental we’ve ever encountered. Location is perfect for a family with children! Our little ones loved the playground and bay right across the street, our dogs loved the open space to run in the park, we fished and crabbed with the kids off the park’s dock, and the ease of crossing the boulevard with the traffic light on our street was great getting to and from the beach. Super short and easy walk to the beach. Comfy beds! Lots of open space in the house for the kids to play! Loved spending the evenings grilling on the back patio! Owners were wonderful to deal with and so accommodating! This place is a gem! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great home right on the park in Harvey Cedars!
Our family spent a great week in Harvey Cedars. This home is right on Sunset Park which allowed us to catch every sunset on the bay while being only a block away from the beach. Great home with helpful homeowners.

Great Location
Property was spotless, the house is very quiet. Great location next to local park enjoyed walks, concert, spectacular sunsets without getting into your car. Beach was a small walk from house almost semi private not too many people. Neighbors were very friendly, lots of happy dog owners. Very safe location.

Loved our week and loved Harvey Cedars!
We had such a wonderful time at this rental. All the special little touches made it feel like home. This rental has plenty of room, plenty of living space and plenty of charm. I could be wrong but many of the pictures and decorations looked hand made which I loved! All of the decorations gave this rental such a warm and a family inviting feeling. The owners were very responsive and such a pleasure to work with.. I felt like I had a little piece of heaven during my stay. Thank you for your hospitality. And if I’m able to spend a week each year I will be back!! Audrey
