'It is a really nice oft and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Glad to have gated parking. There was some confusion with the company who handles the payment process in that they called to cancel the day of, then called to say never mind you’re okay. 'Jim de eigenaar is een hele aardige gastvrije gastheer. Hij maakt iedere ochtend een geweldig ontbijt en geeft goede informatie waar je wat kan doen. Wij logeerden op de zolderverdieping, een grote ruime kamer met eigen badkamer. In de buurt zijn op loopafstand vele leuke restaurants en een supermarkt. De metro is ook om de hoek. Cleveland heeft een prachtig kunst museum. Al met al een aanrader. Belangrijk is wel dat je van huisdieren houdt, een kat en een hond. Beiden heel makkelijk en lief.'

'The booking process was a mess. Its not explained at all on the booking. The apartment was not clean! There was green stuff all over the bed. Stained bedding and pillows! Burn holes in the carpet! Burn hole in the toilet seat. There was a glob of hair in the silverware drawer! Contacted the property manager and their solution was to contact the housekeeping team. My solution was not to stay and request a refund. They immediately directed me to VRBO and stopped communicating. DONT DEAL WITH THEM!'

'The property owners insisted on collecting my credit card information instead of charging you through VRBO. They tried to put a surprise damage deposit charge on my credit card (that wasn't mentioned in the listing) two days before check in. They didn't send the check in instructions until I called from the airport in the evening. And the apartment was filthy! I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. I recommend you stay away from this one.'

'As the ad says, there is plenty of sleeping spots....most memory foam. House is old and in good shape and everything worked just fine. Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. They were all "stock" form messages, so no need to send them nearly after the stay ended. Only disappointment from the stay.'
