Slechts 8 minuten van Woodstock of 25 minuten naar Bellayre Mtn, onze 35 hectare biedt totale privacy en een ongeëvenaard uitzicht. Dit pension met 3 slaapkamers bevindt zich aan het einde van een lange oprijlaan langs een doodlopende weg die wordt gedeeld met het hoofdgebouw, dat soms door de eigenaar wordt bewoond. Geniet van de warme open haard, een royale keuken, veranda, BBQ, bosrijke paden en een vuurplaats. Geniet van de schoonheid van vijvers, sterrennachten en mijlen van natuurpaden die door het bos, over weiden, door beekjes en langs stenen muren slingeren, waardoor u een prachtig uitzicht en de geluiden van de natuur heeft.

Quick getaway
Beautiful property, serene destination and a very well appointed house! We slept well in the comfortable beds and the kitchen had all we needed to cook a full meal! The nearby Woodstock downtown has plenty to visit as well.

Beautiful property
Every morning, my dad took my 20-month year old son for a walk on the property, to see the wild turkeys and deer, walk down to the stream, and climb on the rocks. Perfect! The house was great and very clean. I enjoyed sitting on the back deck with a diet Coke and listening to the creek.The host was very responsive every time I had a question. I would absolutely stay here again.

Private, comfortable and convenient to Woodstock
My husband, boys and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. We stayed Mon-Fri and would have even enjoyed longer. We were able to take a short hike down to the creek on the property, and spent the whole afternoon in our own private swimming hole. I loved reading on the deck listening to the stream. The grounds are expansive, and we felt free to roam and explore. While we were there we saw so much wildlife - turkeys, deer, and even a coyote. The drive to Woodstock was less than 10 minutes, and we were within a half hour from some great longer hikes. Vicky was responsive and even though we overlapped a few days with her and her family in the main house, we still felt that we had our privacy and full enjoyment of the property. We hope to be back sometime in the fall!

Amazing mountain top stay
What a beautiful place. As a family with a 1 year old and a small dog. We were looking for a property we could relax in and spend a large amount of our vacation in and this place was perfect. The home was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean with beautiful mountain views. The property is akin to your own private nature preserve. There are all kinds of flora, fauna and landscaping to appreciate. Deers, gophers, foxes, wild turkeys can be spotted throughout the day. With a 5 minute drive to the town of Woodstock this place is hard to beat.

Clean Country Living
We arrived at this 3 story house on a very hot day, 95+ degrees. On arrival the A/C struggled to catch up. I contacted Vicki, the owner and she responded immediately and remotely addressed the issue. The house was immaculately clean with plenty of condiments, coffee, tea etc. for our use. Every day we saw at least 6 wild turkeys, a dozen deer, two ground hogs, and a fox on the property. We loved seeing the wildlife. Just a few minutes drive to Woodstock where we found excellent restaurants. As long as you’re able to navigate stairs this is a great VRBO rental.

Fantastic experience
You just can't do justice to a house like that with pictures. Our whole group was very impressed and happy with how modern and tastefully done the whole property was. And the views are incredible. The moment we entered, we said to each other that we should extend (sadly, we didn't have our work computers on us, so that couldn't have worked out). Everything was impeccably clean, and Vicky, the host, provided very detailed (helpful, not overbearing) instructions and recommendations; we also communicated well, and Vicky was very accommodating. A trip to the creek made for a nice and picturesque little hike without having to drive. We only stayed 2 nights and got somewhat unlucky with the weather, but this place more than compensated for it - it's like a full getaway in itself. We hope to come back sometime!

My family and I came to Woodstock to celebrate my wife's birthday. This property was the perfect place to stay and was an easy drive to all the places we were planning to go to in the area. A beautiful, peaceful location with lots of room for us to spread out and unwind after a day of activities. The hosts could not have been more helpful. We will be back.

Place was incredibly clean and spacious. Our family loved staying at this house and even though it rained on our trip, we enjoyed being in the house and spending quality time together. Restaurants near town are lovely and they’re only like 5 minutes away. Would definitely book here again with a larger group.

Bliss in Bearsville
This architectural gem was a first-rate place to stay. The house is modern, well-appointed, immaculately clean, cheerful. The kitchen was well-equipped and pleasant to work in. The beds were comfortable, the rooms airy. House was fun to hang out in and lovely to look at from outside. The only drag was the elaborate and very thorough lighting system, which took a Luddite like me a while to master, if I ever did. But that's a mere quibble. The location is exquisite: lots of sky and stunningly quiet, with virtually no extraneous noise. We were a little startled -- an hour after our arrival -- to discover a bear munching on windfall apples in the old orchard not 40 yards from our front door. He then climbed one of the trees and sat on a high-up branch to eat the fresher fruit. He never came back, though. We had regular visitors of deer and turkeys, but just the single visit by the bear. I was a little surprised to find host Daniel and Vicky's house so close to ours, but in fact the proximity was not at all intrusive. We virtually never saw Daniel and Vicky; yet they were very rerponsive to our queries and needs. They were gone most of the week and we truly had that hill top to ourselves. We loved staying here and we hope to come back.

This house was beautiful and spacious. The surrounding property is stunning - deer frolic in the yard while you’re having breakfast. It’s about 10 minutes from the town center and very convenient. Our favorite place we have stayed in so far.

Lovely setting! Close to everything but still serene and private.
The guest house looked exactly as pictured with a meadow out front and a forest/creek out back. The bathrooms & kitchen were well done with high-end appliances. It was very clean and well maintained. We saw turkeys and deer every day adding to the serenity of the setting. My husband loved sitting out on the covered deck enjoying the forest view.

Perfect Woodstock Getaway
My family and I spent two days here to split up the drive from NH to PA. None of us had ever been to Woodstock before, so we wanted to explore the town, and also attend a show at Levon Helm Studios. We were not disappointed! We really enjoyed Woodstock! It’s a great town and the food was excellent! As far as accommodations go, we loved the house and also exploring the property! It was close to town but far enough away to feel like you were deep in the mountains. We especially loved seeing the deer graze on the lawn in the evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. My kids loved it! Thanks for hosting us!
