'The house is lovely and the view of the river is gorgeous - especially the sunsets. There are huge windows looking out into the the trees and the river. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The kitchen has everything you would need - even popover pans! The owners were wonderful: when the kitchen faucet broke, they fixed it immediately.The private beach is lovely too - although we couldn't really use it that much given it was December. It would be great to come back in the summer.'

'We wanted a family vacation and looked for a place on Chesapeake Bay. My son and daughter found this place and we reserved it. The house is beautiful. Has everything one would want. The location is great although it’s a bit of a drive to anywhere. Our plan was to spend most of the time at the house and in the bay. However that didn’t happen. 'After having issues with another location in this area we were in need of another place to stay. We contacted the owners because it was less then 24 hours from the following day check in. They responded very quickly and were able to make it work for use. Beautiful place to stay right on the bay. This is a very family friendly place and we hope to visit it again soon.'

'I celebrate Thanksgiving every year with a weekend away with my grown kids and their families. I find a different house each year, and this one did not disappoint! Dustin was very responsive and immediately took care of an issue with downed limbs on the deck and firepit. The open layout of the house was perfect for my grandson, who never stops moving! 'Words can not describe the memories that were made at this beautiful home during the past week. The sunrises, sunsets, the conversations on the deck, the fun times on the water, having thanksgiving dinner in a beautiful dining room with incredible views, the list could go on. 'This was the most epic of summer trips. This lovely home, not a house a home, gave our family time to connect, unwind and enjoy the wonders of the bay. Even when the weather was not sunny beach weather, we loved the gathering spaces to play games and enjoy family time. Our hosts were lovely and when we met a neighbor and her lovely dogs they were just as lovely. Just heaven'
