'We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. 'This home was a perfect setup for our family reunion ski weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight of our nights! Having 2 kitchens was great. We did have some ants come visit us in the pool kitchen everyday of our stay but it didn’t interfere with our fun. Highly recommend a stay at this property!'

'We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine...

'Our large, multi-family group had a wonderful long weekend stay at this lovely home. The home is clean, cozy and has ample space for a large group. We loved relaxing by the fire after skiing at Gunstock, which is only 20 min away. '

'We had a great week with our kids and grandkids! Plenty of sleeping areas, and large living space for all 12 of us. We would have liked to have a bigger (flatter) lawn area for outdoor games, but the lake certainly made up for it. Host was attentive and responsive. We would stay here again. '

'We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and communication with Kristina was great. Loved the sunsets on the lake from the balcony. We were there for an event at Gunstock and was about 10-15 drive from the condo. Was not a problem for us but there are a lot of stairs as condo is built on 2.5 levels.'

'Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it.'

'The house was beautiful, enough space for everyone. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels for everyone. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Extremely comfortable beds. We had a great stay, except for the 1st night when the power went out and it was very cold outside. However, the host was very helpful and did everything he could to make the house as comfortable as it can be under the circumstances. He was easy to get in touch with and replied back immediately. I can’t wait to go back...
