'We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished.'

We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. 'Stayed for long weekend with family! Plenty of room for all! The pool was a hit with the grandchildren. Very close to skiing great for seasoned skiers as well as new beginners. Must remember to book lesson ahead of time and also ski rentals.'

'We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. 'Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it.'
