'The beds were nice and firm, just the way we like them! Lovely place for our week-long Christmas stay - centrally located and not far from our family. We are grandparents but didn't find the flight of stairs to the "nest" to be too much. Great host, wonderful stay, very hap!happy c'

'This house was great for our family. Several members were traveling from out of town and it was easy drive from airport, but not excessive air traffic noise. The views from the deck in the morning as the sun came up were great (the river glows in the early morning light). Plenty of space to spread out for all of us, plus a very nice central living room for everyone to visit. Just be aware this house might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. There are lots of stairs and drive way...

'The location was great, it was easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Which was downtown the heritage Inn North 40. Great place to hang out with family. It was roomie. We brought our Apple TV and watched the Super Bowl. Everybody had room to hang out play games or watch the game.Very comfortable. Would stay here again. '
