'This is an older home that’s had many updates, but still has some quirks, such as squeaky kitchen cabinet doors. It was neat and clean and nicely decorated, and the bonus was the pool table. The pool sticks were broken, but new ones were brought over to the house in person. The backyard was fenced and there was plenty room for all four of us to enjoy our time together. '

'The house was in a great location and decorated really cute for Christmas! The hot tub was awesome, and the theater room was great. We really enjoyed our stay there.'

'Our first trip to KC couldn’t have been better. The house was great for our group. We loved the neighborhood, the house was so nice & the beds were comfy. Each of us slept great each night. We would stay here again if we ever make it back!'

'Linens were lacking. Not enough towels, blankets, sheets. Appreciate the Pike Place coffee pods. No shampoo just conditioner. Would have appreciated more places to put stuff in bedrooms. Only bedside night stand and had to put personal items on the floor. Would have appreciated knowing that one bedroom was bunk beds. Otherwise nice and clean.'

'Loved the house, it is very beautifully decorated and if you aren’t doing much outside of the house, a perfect stay. Outdoors the yard is small and sharply sloped, this only matters if you bring a dog, also the split level steps were difficult for my dog to navigate due to being slick so I ended up carrying her up and down. '

'The property was great. We had everything we would need just like at home. Lots of towels, comfortable beds. TVs in most all rooms, kitchen had anything you would need. The host Amy was great , responsive and there to help if we needed anything. I would stay again and recommend to friends or family.'

'The place is clean and cozy but we were disappointed to find out it was an apartment. Although our apartment was nice some of the neighboring ones were a bit unkept and the folks staying next to us were very noisy until the early A.M. hours. There we no hand towels or dish towels which seemed odd especially since the owner requires you wash all your dishes before you check out. It was still a nice stay and the location was great. '
