De woning bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers, met 2 badkamers, 1 ensuite naar de slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed. Er zijn 4 bedden - 1 tweepersoonsbed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden - maar er is een extra matras die als vijfde bed kan worden gebruikt. Er is een keuken met oven, kookplaat, koelkast met vriesvak, wasmachine, magnetron, broodrooster en goed gevuld met servies en potten en pannen. De lounge is ruim met 2 banken, een eethoek met een tafel en 4 stoelen, boekenkast goed gevuld met boeken die kunnen worden geleend en tv die u kunt bekijken Engelse kanalen, muziek en films en een dvd-speler. Balkon met prachtig uitzicht over het zwembad - geopend van half mei tot eind september / begin oktober - tuinen en met uitzicht op zee. Neem gerust de ligstoelen op het balkon mee naar het zwembad.

Clean and comfy, if a bit tired and dated
Lovely sea views from good size balcony. Everything you would expect from a family let. Books, puzzles, games, well equipped kitchen (very tiny though) umbrellas, iron and even a couple of small cool bags and ice packs. Could do with shower screen instead of plastic curtain and one bath towel per person was not ideal. Could only hang them out to dry when not sitting on balcony as obscured view, and needed to time it when no one wanted a shower to wash them.

Appartement fonctionnel et pratique
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel avec un emplacement idéal. Il possède tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances. La piscine attenante à la résidence est aussi un plus. Il peut seulement être un peu difficile de trouver une place de parking le soir et encore on finit toujours par trouver une place pas très loin. Mention spéciale à Sue très prévenante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Peaceful and relaxing
Although only stayed for a few days we would happily stay here for two weeks. So quiet and peaceful. Apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. Being predominantly a residential urbanisation there was never any noise from the pool area. Short walk to bars and restaurants, supermarket 10 minute walk. Car not required. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, with everything you could need and more. Lovely gardens had the fantastic pool to ourselves most days in the middle of July. 5mins from supermarkets and restaurants in a lovely quiet area. Would highly recommend

Nice Area , Good Garden and Pool
We stayed in August but the pool wasn’t overly busy. Pleasant gardens and appartment was in a nice quiet area . We had a hirecar so parking could sometimes be an issue but having said that parking is an issue everywhere in this area in August. The appartment it’s self is clean and basically furnished . A larger TV may be better for the winter months but obviously not needed during the summer. Another plus is that the main bedroom has an en-suite which certainly isn’t the norm with the average Spanish appartment . The cooker is great , again some of the apartments I have stayed in in the past have had decidedly poor ones. We stayed a fortnight so we could have done with more towels etc but again , not an issue as the washing machine works perfectly so easy enough to wash . All in all would happily stay here again 😀

Gran opción para alojarse en Benalmádena!
Apartamento muy espacioso, cómodo, muy bien situado, cerca del centro caminando a 5 min. Muy limpio y el propietario muy amable y comunicativo. Nos encantó la zona de piscina, muy tranquila, buena temperatura y abierta hasta las 23 horas! Sólo echamos en falta el aire acondicionado en el salón, ya que solo tiene en las habitaciones y en verano en el salón con un ventilador es insuficiente porque hemos pasado mucho calor a la hora de comer y estar en familia. Aparte de esto, por lo demás todo perfecto!

El apartamento esta muy bien la limpieza y la comodidad, y la zona de piscina me encantó, los únicos peros que le pongo es que para ir a la piscina hay que salir a la calle, y para ir a la playa hay que coger el coche porque es más de media hora andando y para aparcar en la zona de la playa es horrible. La dueña del apartamento es muy simpática y siempre está disponible si hay un problema

Unos días maravillosos en un enclave único
El apartamento está en una ubicación privilegiada con unas vistas impresionantes, es más, no me he perdido ni un sólo amanecer sobre el mar y las montañas. Sue es una persona encantadora, cerca del apartamento tenéis varios restaurantes con comida a buen precio y mucha variedad, también hay un par de supermercados. Benalmádena es un clisol de cultura y religión, con una estupa budista y un templo hindú que merece la pena visitar. También tenéis varios pueblos de interés turístico a pocos kilómetros de la ciudad. El piso está perfecto equipado con todo lo básico tanto en menaje como en utensilios y lo que falte lo encontraréis en un bazar chino en el paseo cerca de la casa. Sin duda alguna volvería, he descansado y desconectado y eso no tiene precio.

Great apartment in a great location
Great spacious 2 bed apartment in a very convenient location, 17mins on train from Malaga airport (€2.05!) then 10min walk. Lovely sea view, near train but you don't even notice! Well equipped with everything you could possibly need, even had washing powder!. Bit cold at night but it was Christmas! Great communication with the owner and also very helpful keyholder Sue. Would recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

We have just returned from this lovely apartment. It is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The television now has an Amazon fire stick installed with many channels to choose from and would be useful if staying during the winter months. It is within easy walking distance to all amenities and transport links and Lynne the owner was very helpful providing information by email prior to our visit. Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool is lovely and never that busy set in gorgeous gardens. Great location with a good supermarket just down the street. The owners were really helpful as was the lovely lady that let us in in Spain.

Lovely Apartment with Sea View in a Convenient Location
Myself, my partner and sister spent nine days during November in this spacious apartment which was ideal, having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (beds were super comfy!). Every morning from the balcony we watched the sunrise over the sea, truly magnificent. The location was perfect, very quiet but within easy walking distance of a large supermarket, trains, buses, restaurants and a variety of shops. A stroll downhill to the beach took us around 25 mins then we followed the promenade to the Marina where there are many boutiques and bars. A visit to Mijas is a must and easy to get to using local buses (stops next to train station). Benalmadena Pueblo is a short bus ride away also the Butterfly Park and an amazing Buddhist Temple.There’s a Red Tour Bus which also stops next to the station. We caught a train from Malaga to Ronda which is a 2 hour journey both ways (around €23) but well worth it just for the views. If you enjoy browsing around local markets we can recommend the Friday market which is directly next to Tivoli World, again, walking distance. Although we didn’t spend much time in the apartment during the day, with it being November, and dark nights, once we had eaten out it would have been preferable to have English tv channels to watch back at the apartment. In no way did this spoil our holiday and we would certainly like to return soon. Thank you Mark and Lynne
