"We booked a stay at CP. Due to unforeseen circumstances, though we stayed there 5 nights, I needed to make 3 different reservations. So as not to move each stay, I contact CP to ensure that during check in, I would be given ONE room and not 3 different ones. During check in that went well, I needed to however pay three seperate deposit amounts. On check however, they ONLY reviewed ONE of my deposit payments and not the rest. I noticed this when I returned to the Netherlands. I immediately sent an email and three follow up emails, only to be told that I should contact Customer service. They provided no tel nr or email of the CS. Wouldnt have been easier to simply FORWARD me email to CS. Its first week of December and still not resolved. What HORRIBLE service!"
