'When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.'

'I did stay 3 days in this place . The staff reception was rude and unhelpful, to much security that make me uncomfortable. I had problem in pool !and no one offer to fix the problem. For money i did pay to stay ,would not recommend this place to anyone !'

'Very good and newly furnished well equipped and very clean apartments at very central and convenient location. Staff and services very good. Breakfast basic but works. The only issue was that entrance is bit obscure and not clean as building is also shared by other people and offices. Hotel also arranges taxi to and from airport at very reasonable price which is very very convenient. They also arrange a range of tours which are well priced and provide personalized service. 'Its scams. Just dirty apartment in narrow unsafe street.. no sign shows its hotel..I didn't stay there when I seen this scary place. Expedia should investigate this scam place and reporting the ministry for scamming people. I'm waiting for my full refund. Location and pictures is fake when you book. Be careful everyone '

'We had a beautiful view of the pyramids from the room and the rooftop. The staff were very kind and treated my son well. The room was clean. The only drawback was the low water pressure in the shower. But other than that it was a perfect stay. I had a bad experience staying at another hotel in Egypt, but this hotel is great. I recommend it. Thank you.'

'We never received check in instructions prior to trip. Family of 4 with suitcases could not reach owner. Had to find a different place to sleep. Owner was reached next day and we got our second night. Owner promised to refund 1st night. Did not. And lied to hotels.com about it. The one night we stayed, sofa bed uncomfortable, no bedsheets or pillows. Dirty laundry left on washing machine. No shower curtain.'

'Overall good safe place to stay while in Cairo. The Owner of the Apartment was helpful in all matters. He picked us up at the airport for no charge and made sure we made it back to the airport. He helped us get some medication from the pharmacy - he went out of his way in helping us. He was very friendly throughout our entire stay.'

Loud noices from outside all night long

"This was the worst hotel i've been in years. Breakfast and diner were good. But besides that everything was not good. Crew verbally fighting infront of my table. Shower turns from to hot to cold in seconds during your shower. A lot of noice from the street (and I was on 4th floor). Huge internet router in the room (so yeah good wifi) but it had a huge green light wich led the room. And Egyptian people in general don't understand what boundaries are. They keep crossing it."
