'When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.'

'I did stay 3 days in this place . The staff reception was rude and unhelpful, to much security that make me uncomfortable. I had problem in pool !and no one offer to fix the problem. For money i did pay to stay ,would not recommend this place to anyone !'

La habitación en realidad es un apartamento, muy espacioso, moderno, agradable, cómodo, tiene baño, cocina, sala de comedor. Caminamos por los alrededores en el día, aunque no lo parezca. 'The view is literally heart-stoppingly amazing, both from the apartment and the giant roof terrace. At all hours of the day, it seems like a fairy tale. The apartment is incredible as well. After it took 40+ minutes for me and my local driver to finally find the apartment,I was so disappointed in the condition of everything. Loud noices from outside all night long

"This was the worst hotel i've been in years. Breakfast and diner were good. But besides that everything was not good. Crew verbally fighting infront of my table. Shower turns from to hot to cold in seconds during your shower. A lot of noice from the street (and I was on 4th floor). Huge internet router in the room (so yeah good wifi) but it had a huge green light wich led the room. And Egyptian people in general don't understand what boundaries are. They keep crossing it."

"Amazing accommodation, good facilities, great service, very kind and helpfull staff. Alsways asking if anything was needed. Special thanks to Samir and Ahmad for their kindness and help. Very close to airport with included shuttle service. Best hotel experience!"
