'Staff in ALL areas of this property were super friendly. I wish i had know ahead of time the difference in the "classic" rooms versus the other options. The classic rooms are in a very old building with creaky floors and noisy ac/heat. The walls are super thin and you can hear neighbors talking like they are in the same room with you. It would have been worth it to pay the big jump up in rates to get in a better building. '

'Excellent communication with the staff and Jess who got us checked in easily over phone and text. The property is a gem situated along a quiet stretch hwy 160 with a private pond and hiking trails. The rooms are updated with kitchens and a living space with a lot of space for our family of four to stretch out. I’d highly reccomend high creek lodge and will be back next trip to Pagosa springs. '

'These are so darn cute and very nice inside. My teenager and 20 year old were a little skeptical when I told them where we were staying but once we got inside, everyone was happy and excited. Super clean and has everything you need including a refrigerator and kitchenette, Robes, plenty of towels & pillows. staff was great when we called with questions and check in was so easy.
