"This is the best hotel to stay in, right in the middle of everything and tourist areas you need to go to, everything is walkable. The staff here are AMAZING! Alex, Anna, Mia were brilliant. The best team you could ask for, so welcoming with love and care they made my birthday trip a great one to remember. Breakfast was great! A lot to choose from everyday I had something different and the Pho was great. Can’t wait to come back again ! Thank you again to the Lotus Boutique hanoi team ❤️"

"Geweldig hotel in het centrum van de stad.Geluidsdichte kamers wat zeer goed is in de luide stad.Zeer goed bed en airco.heel tof rooftopterras.Uitgebreid ontbijt met extra kaart waar je omelet en pannekoeken enz gratis kon bijbestellen..De service is fantastisch..het personeel supervriendelijk!! Dit is een geweldige oase van rust in het drukke centum..dikke proficiat voor gans het team!! Johan en micheline."

"The hotel is located in a very strategic location in Hanoi. There are shops, banks and restaurants everywhere within walking distance. Even if it was along the main road, we still had a very peaceful and comfortable sleep. Their beds and pillows were really good. All the staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and reliable. They will help you as much as they can. Their buffet breakfast was average. The hotel has an elevator in case guests are tired after a day of walking. Overall, I would highly recommend staying in this hotel in Hanoi. :)"
