'The rooms were clean and linen was clean. The outside of the property definitely needs to be maintain. Trash all around the facility and the outside building needs to be maintain. The staff was excellent. '

'Friendly and helpful staff. Room was great. Took my daughter and her friends to Albuquerque for her birthday and they enjoyed room as well. Only issue is the pullout bed that I slept on and I was unable to sleep very well. It was uncomfortable, it was sloping in different areas and thin so I could feel the springs but that is expected with a pull out bed and not big issue. Free dinner and free breakfast which was great! All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again! '

'Everything about Hyatt Pl., Albuquerque is five out of five. The rooms are large and with the sofa and writing desks in the rooms, it feels like you have separate sleeping and relaxing spaces. Breakfast is top-notch, and staff is very helpful.'

'There's only one elevator for 4 floors, the restaurant were you eat is far from the rooms, the neighborhood was not so great, and I think that the bathtubs should be removed from the bathrooms. Our room was missing a sofa. Could not find the ice machine.'
