'We enjoyed the experience of being in a Frank Lloyd Wright house overnight quietly reading about it. The story of Dr. Davis and the house and how it became a part of Marion was inspirational. And viewing the blueprints and looking for the fine details of the house was exciting We loved every minute there '

'A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. '

'Property is very clean. I was alone but more than enough room for a family. I had trouble checking in because I could not get the lock info from the VBRO communications, and I could not reach the landlord. it took over an hour on the phone with VBRO to get the appropriate info. The house itself is very nice. Small fenced yard for my dog was a plus'

'We were in town for a family wedding. We had a total party of eight. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the price was far more reasonable than four separate hotel rooms. It was very well stocked. The setting is rural, surrounded by farmland and fields but it is only a 10 minute drive from town. Best of both worlds. The renovations were not an issue for us and I can't wait to see the finished product once completed. Overall 10/10. '

'Enjoyed our stay at the Franklin Green House very much. It was clean and very comfortable. The town is small and very friendly. We loved being right across the street from the clock tower.'

'The house was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We were visiting IWU for family weekend and the house was very close to campus and anything else that we needed. Jonathan was very responsive to any questions prior to booking. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future campus visits.'

'We traveled to Muncie for a family wedding and were so happy to have found Kyle and Shannah’s place. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Ball State. The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with! We would happily stay there again.'

'The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through.'

'This location was central to everything. Yes, it's a little noisy but we knew that going into it, and really, the noise isn't all that bad. They are up front about it. The apartment is clean and well furnished. Worth a look!'

'A lovely, peaceful setting! The rooms of the suite were very clean and the bed very comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!'

'My daughter and I stayed at this lovely place while we got settled into her new apartment for Ball State. The home was well appointed and beautifully decorated. All furnishings and paint appeared brand new. My only suggestion would be an add baking pan or two as I was unable to find one. I will definitely stay again for future visits to the Muncie area. '

'Perfect place for our needs. Spacious house, only 15 minutes from our destination, Muncie. The ONLY knock on the place is that it is a little dated especially the bathrooms which need to be updated.'
