'Cozy usually is interpreted as “small” but for Jay and Sandy’s Cottage, I mean literally cozy. It’s plenty of room for 2 couples, with 2 large bedrooms, each with a bath, and big combo kitchen/LR, and outdoor space. Everything was spotless, and I couldn’t come up with anything I might need that wasn’t there. It was so close the many restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the Nest for Reuben’s and a beer. 'A very well appointed and clean home. Kitchen was well equipped for my wife's preparation of dishes for Thanksgiving. Has Google assistant devices. In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean.'

'The sunsets were amazing, and access to the bike path for running was fantastic. Comfortable furniture for relaxing was sparse. And chairs for eating in the kitchen. Bathroom could benefit from increased space to place toiletries. I am aware this is a newly renovated unit that recently opened as a rental, overall, we had a lovely stay.'

'The State Room was a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is residential, with a nearby renovated mill that contains a local brewery about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood begs to be explored for the local businesses and historical buildings. Parking is on the street. The neighborhood is to fairly quiet except for a small local tavern that closes at 1:00 am. But the neighborhood is quiet in less than hour. I would definitely stay again.'
