'Hotel is good but not outstanding. Location is great, close to all you need. Staff is friendly and always there when needed. Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.'

'We had a wonderful stay ! We were in room 202: a spacious,clean room with a big balcony ;2 seats and a table on the balcony.Very nice to watch the people passing by. The bed was excellent and also the wifi deserves 10/10 ! The bathroom too is spacious with a big shower. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful ! In the neighbourhood are many places where you can eat/drink. I would recommend this place to all people who are going on a holiday to Phnom Penh !!! '

'The best family friendly hotel in Cambodia. We booked airport pick up, our flight was delayed and there was no way of contacting the resort. However, when we got outside they were waiting for us with big smiles! When we finally got to the hotel, my 3 year old was asleep and instead of checking in, they let me go to the room first to let her sleep on the bed. As an exhausted mom who was traveling on a flight for 26 hours, this was the most kindest thing a person can do. We were in Cambodia...

'Riant hotel inm centrum. Alles op looppafstand of met de tuk tuk. Zwembad op dak is heerlijk. Tegenover het hotel kun je voor een paar dollar heerlijke broodjes halen die de hele dag door vers worden gebakken. Staff en receptie zijn oprecht en vriendelijk en helpen je waar nodig. Excellent stay at Saem Siem Reap Hotel

"I had a fantastic experience at Saem Siem Reap Hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The hotel features a beautiful pool, which was a highlight of my stay—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent pool towels. The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Overall, I highly recommend Saem Siem Reap Hotel for anyone visiting Siem Reap. "Klein boutique hotel in het centrum van Siem Reap. Kamers zijn ruim en prima ingericht. Hotel heeft een eigen zwembad, maar ontbijten moet in het hotel er tegenover (dat is ook van de Temple Group, net als sommige zaken in Pub Street). Ontbijt is het minpunt van deze accommodatie. Sompige croissants, halfwarm sap en regelmatig lege schappen. Koffie ook niet erg lekker. Dit past niet bij een 5 sterren hotel. Menig 3 sterren hotel heeft betere ontbijt kwa. Jammer! Aanvullende faciliteiten zijn goed, waaronder de massage. Hotel is op loopafstand van Pub street. Personeel maakt het verschil: vriendelijk en behulpzaam."
