'Staff was kind and patient'

'We verbleven 1 nacht. Van het zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. De kamer was verouderd maar alles doet het nog. De airco rammelt en maakt herrie. We verbleven van maandag op dinsdag en iemand op de achtste etage vierde haar verjaardag in de gang met een hoop andere dronken mensen. Feestjes geven in de gang is in dit hotel toegestaan tot 11 uur 's avonds. Ik zou dit hotel dus niet aanraden als je met kinderen reist. '

'Slechte accommodatie. Zwembad is al een jaar buiten gebruik ivm technische storing. Kamer was vies en behoeft renovatie. Ontbijt was karig. '

'I’ve been staying here for about six years and although I actually liked it better when it was 21C I still find it a great hotel. I love the fact that I can leave my shampoo and conditioner, etc. at home because what the hotel provides is high end and very nice. My only complaint is it could be hard to get the temperature right in the room. '

'Shared car park with three other hotels didn’t present us with any problems other than finding the hotel without sat-nav help. The breakfast was very good. Enjoyable stay, close to Bricktown and the free shuttle was very handy.'

'We got the owners suite. The shower was really nice, bed was super comfortable. The only issue I had was there was leftover food from the last guest in the fridge and the fridge light was very bright when we were trying to sleep. Other than that, it was great!'
