'J'ai été déçu par la quantité du service petit déjeuner. J'ai effectué une réservation pour deux personnes et petit déjeuner inclus mais malheureusement au moment de prendre mon déjeuner mon époux et moi le personnel me fait comprendre que le déjeuner est compris pour une seul personne et que la seconde personne devrait payer un montant supplémentaire. Je n'ai pas aimé car cela ne ma été signalé au moment de la réservation. '

'The property was easy to access, close to the airport and 24 hour customer service. The property is well secured and very clean. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need with backup power option to cater for the constant power outage in the country. The kitchen is spacious with every morden kitchen utencil needed.Will totally recommend it to anyone flying to Cameroon. '

'Ho soggiornato 1 settimana per lavoro. Le foto pubblicate sono ingannevoli e probabilmente risalenti a quando lo avevano ristrutturato. Arredamento fatiscente, bagno con fili elettrici scoperti, le pareti sporche o non verniciate, accompagnano un livello di servizio molto scadente, un ristorante veramente indecente e del personale poco rispettoso e con poca voglia di servire i clienti. Sono stato veramente deluso, lo sconsiglio a tutti i viaggiatori in visita a Yaounde.'

'Overall a good experience. Security was great. Manager was very responsive as the main bedroom A/C didn’t work for three days, and the refrigerator needed to be replaced; balcony was dirty and was never swept; bathrooms only came with one towel each, and the worst, was the internet. No matter the time of day, it was mostly non-existent. I suggest 2-3 extra towels for unit, and, as they only came to clean once in 11 days, an extra set of sheets for the beds.
