'The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. 'The suites were AMAZING and clean with daily housekeeping. Modern design and appliances. We felt very safe. The staff was very responsive and helpful for the entire stay. Our flights arrived in the morning and the staff accommodated us and allowed us to check in early which was a huge help after a long flight. The location was excellent, nearby local eateries and a short drive to the ferry. I would stay here again when visiting Naples. 10/10 recommend!'
