'Shower would not drain. Called front desk and it was fixed. TV would not stay on. Come on for a second then went off. Did not report the issue. It was frustrating after dealing with shower. Expected more the Hyatt. '

'Had an issues checking in. Expedia sent hotel that we only needed a single bed when in actuality we need two queens. I showed front my reservation. The hotel was very busy and short on rooms but the front staff went above and beyond to find us a room. '
