'Home from Home! We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you soo much. '

'Beautiful heritage hotel, with efficient, courteous staff, and great dining options. The kebabs were amazing and the bartender was very accommodating and made us a hot toddy for my wife. Lucknowi hospitality is in full flow here. Only callout would be for older people with bad knees, there may be some steps to navigate because of the multi-level structure.'

'Nice clean room, luxury hotel. However, wall outlet fixtures seem to be a bit loose for phone charging and other appliances plugging. Also a small round patch on carpet was bit wet when we checked in the room.'

'The house keeping did not replenish tea bags and sugar free. At the time of checkout, a simple F&B bill was to be paid. After payment the print took some extra time, which is a very unusual thing to happen.'

'Very centrally located from all four direction in term of transportation, grand and spacious. Best in affordable with quality. The best part is breakfast place and breakfast itself. Value for money. I booked for one night with booking .com at cheaper price but stayed at higher price on second night. Since response from booking .com is slow to booked another night '
