'Stay was nice and enjoyable. I appreciated the selection of good available and the outline of the room was good. However, the breakfast was too early especially with young children. The presentation of the breakfast venue was somewhat disorganized and messy. I also thought that there would be a wider variety of choices. I was somewhere disappointed with the cleanliness of the bedding the sheets and pillowcases did not smell fresh. '

'Beautiful hotel in an ideal spot. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking at this price point. We did not feel that we were looked after adequately - we had to ask alot of questions to get relevant information and the receptionist upon arrival tried to pawn us off on a cheaper room than the one we’d booked. The hotel also boasted free parking and access to hydrotherapy - however the hotel did not offer parking (unless staying in its sister location). Your will need to find your own...
