'All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. The apartment we stayed in was a bit outdated, but you get what you pay for... try finding another apart-hotel in the city center at this rate. Spacious apartment with everything you need. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. 'The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

'This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!'
