'All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. 'Nice hotel in a great location. Everything nearby: public transport, shops, restaurants and pubs. The apartment we stayed in was a bit outdated, but you get what you pay for... try finding another apart-hotel in the city center at this rate. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Super friendly and helpful staff. The great location is also the downside: the noise from the traffic, music from the pubs and drunken Glaswegians can be heard in your bedroom. 'Ruime maar karig ingerichte appartementen, niet geschikt om in te koken en te eten. Wel prima om te slapen en midden in centrum Glasgow met alle voorzieningen (restaurants, pubs met eten) vandien. Schoonmaak zou beter kunnen maar badkamer was acceptabel. '

'Stayed here for 2 nights, my room was on the top floor and there’s no lift, and there was a lot of stairs to walk; this my only negative side. You can control the heating in your room by entering your 4 digit code! Busy area for shopping, party, and eating out. Located next to Glasgow Queen street station and few minutes walk to central station. The room was very big and spacious. 'We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. Also the location on dishwasher being farther from the sink. The washer/dryer is the one next to...

'This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!'

'The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

'We loved the place: beautiful building in a quiet part of town but close to the city centre. The apartment was comfortable and well laid out. The furniture and the color scheme of the rooms were great and the pink walls in the communal stairwell put a smile on our faces coming in and going out. I would move in if the commute were better.'

"Fijn schoon hotel met ruime deluxe kamer. Kwaliteit / prijs verhouding uitstekend. Minpunten: geen koelkast, geen "niet storen" bordje en trappen onhandig met koffers om bij de bar en liften naar de kamers te komen; een helling zou beter zijn. Zou zeker weer hier verblijven als ik weer eens naar Glasgow zou komen. "

"Very nice, modern hotel with tasteful design elements, rooms very clean, quiet and comfortable. good cocktail bar. breakfast buffet was okay during the 4 night stay but supplementing (healthy) breakfast items like fruit, yoghurt etc was really poor. "

"New hotel in city centre with everything in walking distance. Super friendly personell and a gym. Also on line Chexk out is very convenient. Small but decent gym with all in one workout devixe and treadmills etc.. We had a very good stay"
