'I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. 'メインタワーに滞在予定でした。 コネクションルームだったのですが、壁が薄く隣部屋が余りにもうるさく最低な気持ちで朝を迎えました。 夜中三度クレームを受付に電話で行い三回目でやっとセキュリティーが出てきましたが結果何も変わらず。 ただ翌朝受付に流石に部屋を変えて欲しいと言いに行ったらすでに動いていた様で、気持ちよく変更をしてくれました。 タシタワーに変更になりましたが作りも違い非常に良い滞在ができました。 受付のスタッフは皆本当に感じがよく素晴らしかった。 特にElyという女性スタッフは本当に素晴らしい。 ありがとう！'
