'We stayed for 5 nights in a three bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment. Very spacious rooms, furniture and appliances not the newest but all very clean and well maintained. Great to have our own washer/dryer! Very helpful and friendly staff.'

'Manager very kindly offered us a refund when there was an unfortunate but unforseeable issue with the huge and amazing looking spa bath requiring minor maintenance so it could be used. Room was otherwise clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable and private. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. The breakfast menu sounded great. '

'Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. The bathroom and kitchen were in dire need of a thorough deep clean; there was grime and black mould in the bathroom, and a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen. 'Reviews were bad that I read. We loved it..the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and had views of Tin Can Bay…being a surfer I liked the pictures on the walls of my room..we had front rooms that entered onto a balcony and lovely sea air coming in..I would definitely stay there again '

'Ian was very helpful with the checkin process. Very clean and fenced for dog. Relaxing. Close to Imbil for a coffee and a meal. Loved exploring the local creeks.'

But the internet connection is poor and couldnt watch any netflix etc. Insulation between master and living space was zero and theres no door between master and ensuit. The noise coming from the appartment above at night time was constant, as they had children running around at all hours of the night and the use of the spa from above after 9pm.
