'It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with. 'My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Property is nice, cozy and quiet. Dining area is overlooking the lake which is quiet and very relaxing. Staff are very professional, courteous and kind. Breakfast is ok. They should update a little bit like providing hand towel in the bathroom. There was no bath soap except for 2 very small hand soap. I asked for 2 bath soaps and they gladly gave me 2. Bed is very comfortable with 2 pillows. Back door (emergency door) is always open which I find it...

'I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. 'I booked on standard room and a deluxe room. The deluxe was not available. No refund. Pool was dirty, the other pool was empty. Plase was rosting away. No pickup from airport was organized; lack of staff. They had 2 vans for the task. Servise was below all any standards. The nampe promised a lot, but the hotel and the service was poor. '

How can you say that to an international traveller who most likely does not have local coverage? Also, a rat ran across us as we were walking towards the lobby. 'We came in at night since it is a 12 hour drive from where we’re from. The place is worth what we’ve paid for. Not bad. I would say, grateful for the place. They just didn’t have a very good AC and some ants on the bed. No wifi available in the room and a little old but, if you’re just there to unwind. Perfect place without contact since signal is crappy. I guess, just for emergency is what you need to think about but, everythibg was good. '
