'I've stayed there about 10 times over the last twenty years. The staff is Awesome. Just wish it would be more updated. The looks of this day's inn are very dated Like in the sixties. It's affordable and ok continental Breakfast. Needs to be replenished during breakfast hours more often.I ate breakfast every morning...still put out yeaterdays breakfast leftovers. Please consider inprovements soon. Thank You Sincerely'

'Really liked the old house feel but very noisy by road'

'This location is exactly as described in the listing. What the listing might not say is how quiet the space is! We were down to move mom into a senior living center and wanted a space that was peaceful after long days of driving and unpacking. Larry's location was just that. The apartment is nextdoor to another apartment, but we never heard a peep! We will definitely stay again when we come down to visit mom or on our way to WNC. '

'The home and linens were clean, plenty of living space. The house is like walking into a time capsule of your grandmothers home. Very small bathrooms, drafty window AC units still installed in late November, old TVs. No grill outside was disappointing. Tight single stacked parking. There is another small house on the same lot with multiple vehicles coming and going, combined with the close neighbors and there is limited privacy and no outdoor space.'

'The owners keep this place well stocked with stuff you might need. Bandaids! Bug spray! Tons of towels and wash rags. Dish soap. Paper towel. I even saw a spare phone charger and cord! We did this vs a hotel while visiting family in town. One night we hosted a bbq and cooked burgers and dogs. The grill, the picnic table, the comfy Adirondack chairs, and the extra folding chairs came in real handy that night. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking! '
