'It was a beautiful little rustic cabin and nice setting! I didn’t think to check if there was a washer or dryer and was slightly disappointed that there was none. However, we really enjoyed our stay!'

'Everything was amazing: the view, the space and other facilities on the resort. We regretted we didn't book for the entire week 😀'

'We were two couples and loved that it has two bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Grocery stores are close as well as the Grand Piazza. We were lucky to be there for the outdoor music festival called Moon and Stars. Great food, and people. Not alot of English speaking people, but our phone translator worked great. We fell in love with Locarno and this condo.'

'Wir haben für zwei Nächte an einem Wochenende im Hochsommer für Moon and Stars lockere 2000 Schweizer Franken für das Objekt angelegt, hätten dafür auch im 5 Sterne Hotel etwas oberhalb am Berg absteigen können. Daher waren die Erwartungen hoch. Leider kann man verkürzt sagen: An der Wohnung und der Villa Magnolia ist der Lack ab....das ursprünglich wohl sehr ambitionierte Projekt der hochstehenden Gastgeberkunst ist am Verblassen. Schon das muffige Treppenhaus mit einem Teppich, für den ich...

'Wir habe 5 sehr schöne Tage in Ascona verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, es fehlt an nichts, das Schwimmbad ist ein Highlight! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Allerding hätten wir ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: Hilfreich wäre eine kleine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher, wir haben es nach dem Prinzip "try and error" schlussendlich geschafft...Die Nachttischlampe sollte ersetzt werden, das kein Lampenschirm vorhanden und die nackte Glühbirne nicht sehr charmant ist. Auch die Spiegelleuchte...

'Klimaanlage extrem laut. Kondenswasser muß man ständig leeren. Dusche sanierungsbedürftig , Duschwanne gerissen und stinkt ekelhaft nach Schimmel aus der Duschwanne. Nicht zu empfehlen ! '

'Diese ist keine echte Hotel, sondern einen Altes Residenz....!! Mit frrie Zimmer oder Apartment. Zimmer und Bett sehr muffig und gestunken nach alte Möbel oder Menschen ...!!! Keine richtige Restaurant, und überall sind Hotelgäste mit Alte Bewohner von Heim unterwegs. Beim Frühstück, im Gang, im Lift und Park...und so beide seite fühlen sich gestört von einander..!!! Sehr sehr langweiligen einfache arme Frühstück, Pool war defekt und ausser Dame im Rezeption, die einzigen Mitarbeiter am...

'The photos do not do justice to the current condition. Garden and terrace greenery needs care. Garden chairs are broken and unusable.. The accommodation was musty and damp, brrr. Air it all out! The screen was installed with clips and duct tape. Amateurish and flawed. Better cleaning so that no cotton swabs and crushed mosquitoes are left on the wall. Repair the wall in the bedroom.'

'Wir waren mit Freunden für 4 Nächte in dem Häuschen untergebracht und waren alle begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön dekoriert, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist kann alles in Locarno (10km bergab) gekauft werden. Ascona ist auch eine sehenswerte Stadt die man unbedingt besuchen muss, wenn man dort ist. Am "Hausberg" gibt es tolle Wanderwege die zu wunderschönen Aussichtsplattformen führen (im Haus gibt es Wander-/Fahrradkarten). Wir wussten einmal...

'magnifique lieu avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Lugano. Très beau spot pour apprécier grandement le lieu. Morcote un un très beau village et très bien placé pour profiter des autres lacs italiens et de Milan.'

'The apartment is comfortable and the staff was very insistent that the place be cleaned very well before we stay there. Location is good, near the lake. There is no AC but a large fan was provided which was nice.'

'We stayed in Apartment 8 for 4 nights are were delighted with all aspects of it. There was plenty of room with both a sitting and dining area, a reasonable size bathroom and small but adequate kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots, etc. The unit is close to the centre of town, the lake and the station. There are plenty of eating places nearby, a Coop supermarket and numerous other shops as well as a free book exchange near the rubbish disposal units. The unit had good wifi and the hosts, Urs...

"Rien à dire sur l’hôtel. J’ai mis une étoile en moins pour le Service car un jour dans notre départ vous allez au petit déjeuner et il n’y avait personne la première chose quand je me lève c’est de prendre mon café mais ce fut le contraire car l’employé est arrivé 10 minutes en retard c’est dommage"
