'i booked a king sized bed but the room i got was a twin-bedded room. but housekeeping came to join the beds together. the phone did not work at first. there were no plug points in the room except for near the bed head board. strange. we (yes, me included!) had to move the sofa to use the hidden plug point. liquid soap at the sink smells awful'
