'My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

'We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. 'As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. 'The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room. Stay is fine. Just need these few improvements.'

'I couldn't stay in this property which IS NOT TO RENT and apparently has never been !!! As I couldn't reach the host, I went to the address given by Vrbo and was most surprised to be told by the guardians that though the property existed it had never been to rent... I had to phone Vrbo in the USA ..They refunded me..this fraud is incomprehensible..A bad joke ?!'

'The property owners need to update photos of the property. While the place isn’t dirty, the photos make it look like much better than it actually is. We found a few dead insects and the bedding and furniture were dilapidated. We had the property for 3 nights but left after the first night into a different place.'
