'The resort is beautiful, but be prepared to walk - a lot. The property is huge and you can get around via golf carts. There are plenty of dining options including a 24 hour bistro. The rooms are noisy, but have a great view. Watched whales and boats from our room. We hiked up to the sky pool everyday, which had views for days!!! Overall, it was good!'

'I enjoyed my stay at this property, very family friendly, staff were amazing going above and beyond specially Marcela at the lobby bar and Gaspar at the pool. Food was delicious, beverages good quality as well. I did not like the people trying to sell the resort benefits-plans. We attended a presentation and we said not first thing but they were very persistent and kind of harassing us to buy their plans. We met with three people for 2 hours when they told me it was just a 90 minutes...

'Wonderful visit, beautiful setting, delicious array of food in the buffet for all 3 meals, staff is fantastic, friendly and professional. As others have mentioned, the rooms need updating but it didn't deter from the visit. I didnt read anywhere about this, but you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet, not just for the hotel but the island and even in a couple of locations on the mainland that we visited. It's an adjustment! The hotel should have provided more direction around this. A garbage...
