'In November 2023 I booked a single night for two people here for 25 June 2024 on Expedia. I received an email from Expedia saying “Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm” and payment was taken from my credit card. This was part of a three-week tour from Cape Town to Durban. On 13 June 2024 I received a message from the accommodation, via Expedia, saying “Kindly note that we have no availability for the date originally booked” and that they had outsourced accommodation....

'The stay was amazing and we could've easily spent a few more days there. The staff are friendly and the accommodations is very nice. We had a leaking roof the first night but we were moved rooms with no issues. The bad road to get there is extremely note worthy, you don't need a 4x4 but it would definitely make it easier. We will definitely be back'
