Compared to most vacation rentals, the process is more involved, as Laguna Woods requires extensive forms, but Kimberly is experienced in all the ins and outs and made it relatively painless. Staying for 2 months, we were considered "residents" and had access to all the Laguna Woods has to offer. As for the unit itself, it has been very nicely remodeled...
