'Almost everything was perfect. Some suggestions: 1. Aiport shutttle at 06.20 is a little bit late for 07.00 flight. 2. Why is the music that loud in restaurant always so loud? On my request they changed. 3 Breakfast starts at 06.00 am. They could make something like a 'take away'. This is no complaint, only a suggesyion'

'Al solicitar mi factura por el servicio de estadia de una noche, el personal totalmente fuera de toda logica, asi instruido seguramente por la administracion, me dijo que le pidiera a Expidia.com la factura !!!????? aunque Ud. no lo crea. Para mi contabilidad en Peru, necesito una factura de Peru, con RUC de Peru y con IGV peruano incluido. Rua Hoteles NO DA FACTURA si la reserva es por aplicacion. Ya me amargaron el dia.'

'I like the mini fridge and the A/C could be good if it doesn't go directly to our faces. The personal need customer service training in all areas. I took the best room of the hotel and it was on the third floor with no elevator and no help with the luggage.The room was too small for the bed and the tub access was very difficult. Receptionist didn't know how to explain where the parking garage was.'
