'I would first like to say the condominium was as it appears online. It was very well maintained, clean, lots of extras, and an excellent view of the Yampa River Valley. We watched both sunrise and sunset from the condominium balcony. It was enjoyable to watch rain and thunderstorms roll into the valley from the west. 'Beautiful location. Easy drive to Steamboat. It was a semi last minute trip and not many places that were private, dog friendly, and had a hot tub. Thankfully we found this gem.
