'We were very impressed with how clean the entire community. The only thing that made it hard to sleep either night was that on the first evening (late) the door lock broke. I returned it in the morning and i was under the impression it would be fixed.. it was just very hard to sleep with unlocked doors. It was nice and i think we would come back. Even. '

'I would first like to say the condominium was as it appears online. It was very well maintained, clean, lots of extras, and an excellent view of the Yampa River Valley. We watched both sunrise and sunset from the condominium balcony. It was enjoyable to watch rain and thunderstorms roll into the valley from the west. Most mornings brought a view of a hot air balloon rising and setting not far away. The condominium was well situated for our needs. We met three other couples from Pensacola...
