'Voor ons was dit resort het net niet. Hoge verwachtingen maar werden niet waar gemaakt.'

'Mooi nieuw hotel. Kamers zijn groot. Design mooi, wel wat vreemd ingericht: bureau achter het bed; glas tussen douche en toilet (niet zo handig als je kamer met iemand deelt). Dames aan de receptie zijn super vriendelijk en service-georienteerd. Ook de IT man die ons hielp met de equipment voor de trainingen die we gaven was erg behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad en eigen klein strand. Minpunten: er wordt niet goed schoongemaakt: mieren in de badkamer en hoeken en plinten worden niet schoongemaakt. ...

'Obviously new rooms but amenities were still being developed. Great staff make up for this. Found both service charges and rooms quite pricey after being in Kuala Lumpar 5 Star hotels and were a lot cheaper than Sheraton Aggies. Found booking by internet Expedia cheaper than if you book by telephone or locally. At least a third cheaper, I asked they couldn’t explain why?'

'Quite a few things didnt go right. I had asked for a taxi to be arranged upon my arrival and i was completely ghosted by the staff before arrival. Had to book my own taxi late at night after arrival with a cranky child and zero communication from the hotel. Bathroom being outside is very weird. Not my cup of tea and had i known the bathroom was outdoors, i would have reconsidered my stay. Lastly, there is no wifi in your room and the one in the lobby doesnt work. Should have read about this...
