' O hotel tem um bom potencial e pode melhorar em alguns aspectos. O quarto 501 apresentava presença de formigas, a água do chuveiro variava de temperatura e o horário de check-out era muito cedo. O café da manhã é delicioso e o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. No entanto, durante a estadia, o alarme de emergência disparou e o hotel demonstrou falta de preparo para lidar com a situação. Como o hotel estava cheio devido ao feriado, os hóspedes ficaram assustados e sem orientação adequada....
