Hotel heeft een eigen zwembad, maar ontbijten moet in het hotel er tegenover (dat is ook van de Temple Group, net als sommige zaken in Pub Street). Ontbijt is het minpunt van deze accommodatie. 'Location of the hotel is perfect: close to the center of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Rooms are clean and offer all comfort you would expect of a five star hotel. Japanese restaurant is very good, however, lunch at The Lotus restaurant isn't. Not only is the food not OK, the restaurant is too big and old-fashioned. Service is very good, very friendly staff.'
