'We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h'

'Marigot Beach Club is mij tegen gevallen. Het eten was erg slecht, daarmee bedoel ik het ochtend ontbijt. S'avonds viel ook het warm-eten heel. ik probeerde lokaal voedsel te eten, zelf dat viel tegen. Na het avondeten kreeg ik de rekening, dit was vrij-prijzig het was het helemaal niet ward. Na dag 6 op het resort werd mij gevraagd of de kamer gedaan kon worden, ik schrok, waarom werd mij dat gevraagd, dat hoort bij de service van het resort. 'This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. '

'Beautiful property! Most of the staff was very slow to respond at the bar, eating breakfast, etc... However, Wendy at the main pool bar was excellent. She outworked everyone else 10 to 1. There was a lot of standing around by many staff members at most of the bars causing very slow service. It seems like there's no one in charge of training. The spa was excellent! 'The apartment is one of many apartments in this marina ‘shopping center’ and next to it is a cul-de-sac that is used as a taxi stand. So next door we have loud music and exhaust fumes coming from waiting taxis and also shouting taxi drivers.
